Regular Per Hour, Overtime Per Hour 1, and Overtime Per Hour 2. If the employee is paid by the hour, enter the dollar amount per hour for regular pay and up to two different rates for overtime pay. You can enter up to four decimal places. If you enter amounts in these fields, you would normally leave the Salary Per Period field blank....

Provincial Claim. Enter the amount of the employees provincial tax credit. This is a dollar amount, not a claim code.
Provincial Claim Subject to Indexing. Enter the employees provincial tax credit amount that is eligible for indexation.
WCB Rate. Enter the Workers Compensation Board assessment percentage that relates to this employee. The WCB Rate field accepts four decimal places. If Quebec is chosen in the Tax Table field, enter the assessment percentage which relates to CSST (Commission de la sant et de la scurit du travail)....

More than a few collection agencies engage in illegal practices when attempting to collect debts. Low income and non-English speaking debtors are especially vulnerable. Some collectors send fake legal papers and visit debtors, pretending to be sheriffs. The collectors tell debtors to pay immediately or threaten to take the debtors personal possessions. Other collectors use vulgarity and profanity to threaten debtors. Another favorite tactic is to harass the debtors parents or adult children....

The Employees window contains records for all your companys employees. Each record contains several tabs on which you enter information about an employee.
On this tab, enter the employees personal information, such as:
Hire Date. Enter the date the employee was hired.
Terminate. If the employee no longer works for your company, enter the employees termination date....
